LPL receives ISO reaccreditations
Following a recent ISO14001:2015/ISO:50001:2011 audit, we’re pleased to announce that LPL has been recommended for recertification to both standards with no non-conformances raised.
Following a three day visit, feedback made by the BSI in their report highlighted that ‘excellent commitment was demonstrated towards certification to both standards’, ‘management systems were seen to be effective over the three year cycle which is to be commended given the complete change of operations from energy generation to a construction site’, and ‘planned activities and management system requirements were seen to be fully realised, process effectiveness demonstrated and planned results achieved’.
This is a fantastic achievement and one which demonstrates the commitment by all to move Lynemouth Power Station closer to full biomass electricity generation.
